You're welcome to log in to Fresha to cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. We hope you’ll understand that, as a small business, we have to adhere to a fairly strict cancellation policy, so after this point you’ll be charged the full fee.

When possible, appointments will be accommodated as the schedule allows, but please be aware that the session may not be able to run over.

Unfortunately, we don’t provide pregnancy massage. I do, however, highly recommend Eucalyptus in Margate Old Town for specialist pregnancy treatments.

It’s important to communicate any injuries or medical conditions before your treatment using the consultation form sent with your confirmation email. Each case is considered individually, and it’s a good idea to speak with your doctor or physiotherapist about your ongoing condition or injury prior to your appointment.

The best way to prepare is to arrive on time so you can be relaxed and calm as your session begins. Please complete your digital Consultation Form in advance — this will be sent to you via email from our booking partner, Fresha.
We also ask that you arrive free from the influence of drugs or alcohol, as treatment cannot be provided otherwise. Taking a shower beforehand is greatly appreciated and helps make the experience as comfortable as possible.

Not at the moment. However, you’re welcome to book a treatment on behalf of someone else — just make a note on the booking and be sure to forward them the confirmation email so they can complete the consultation form and provide any necessary details.
